Aqua cycling is a form of stamina, strength and coordination training that is gentle on the joints and designed for everyone. It relies on a cycling movement with additional arm and upper body exercises. All are welcome to join, from beginners to advanced participants, swimmers and non-swimmers alike.
Tuesdays at 5:45 p.m. and 6:45 p.m.
Fridays at 7:00 p.m.
No Aqua Cycling during school vacation periods.
