Our combo courses include multiple elements from our aquatic exercise area, combining aspects of aqua cycling with aqua fitness. Water cycling exercises, freestyle water exercises and exercises with small training aids are combined for easy instruction and fun in the pool. Aqua Fitness takes stamina training and combines it with elements of strength, coordination and speed training. We work on balance and strengthen the dynamic, static and deep stabilizing functions of the abdominal muscles.
