Water Aerobics

Get in shape and stay fit!

Water aerobics is offered Monday through Friday free of charge. Our water aerobics program trains various parts of the body one at a time. We work with pool noodles, aquaflex paddles, water barbells, aquatic walking sticks and water exercise discs as well as freestyle.
