Content of Workshop

Part 1
60 minutes of yoga to practice proper posture and prepare the body and lungs for freediving.

Part 2
60-minute briefing in freediving

Part 3
60 minutes of practice with an apnea table to stimulate diving reflexes in water

Beginners are welcome. There are no special conditions. Participants should be in good physical shape and not suffer from lung or heart disease, stroke, etc. If you are not sure if this applies to you, please speak to your physician prior to attending a course.
