The KEIDEL prepaid card

Everything you need to know about our prepaid card:

• Convenient cashless payment, whether admission, dining or wellness treatments.
• You will always receive a discount on your entrance tickets.
• Security In case of loss of the card, we will replace it without losing the balance.
• The card is transferable to third parties: your family can also pay with your prepaid card even if you are not present.
• You can top up your prepaid card with us, at the vending machine or online.
• The prepaid card has no expiry date.
• The prepaid card is available from €50. From a prepaid amount of 100€ you will receive discounts on admission tickets.

How do you get the prepaid card?

You can buy the Werkarte from us at the reception.

To top up your credit yourself, you can create a personal user account online at https://shop.keideltherme.de/ . There you will find an overview of the services you have already purchased, including invoices and the currently available credit on your prepaid card.

How do I log in to my customer account?

1. 1. Enter your email address
   2. Enter password
   3. After successful login, your personal customer area will appear. The “Login Code” field is to be filled in exclusively by business partners!

When you’re in your Personal Area , you’ll see the following options:

• Personal data
• Account Overview
• Orders
• Courses
• Admissions (Here you can reserve a guaranteed admission for the desired day of visit. Reservations are free of charge. Payment for your admission will only take place at the thermal baths.)
