Pamper yourself with an enjoyable break: Feel how gentle jets of water massage your back – without getting wet. The medi stream® hydrojet massage makes it possible: You rest on a soft natural rubber mat – “on the water”, so to speak – and experience a precise, warm pressure jet massage from two controlled jets for 10-20 minutes. The perfect wellness massage for in between – with a demonstrable medical effect.

Immerse yourself in the power of breath and the energy of ice with our “Ice Bathing” course format. Whether you are a beginner, a returner or an experienced player – we offer the right program for every level in three different course formats.
Those who learn to relax in the water can also transfer this knowledge in everyday life and in other sports, such as scuba diving, swimming and other endurance sports.
In this 90-minute workshop, Nik explains the relaxation techniques, the breathing exercises and the mental techniques you need to hold your breath for a long time.
Relaqua is a relaxation concept developed by trainer Nik Linder with its origins in freediving. The Atemlust course combines breathing techniques of apnea diving with elements of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. The aim is to learn mental skills, activate inner balance and thus meet the challenges of a demanding everyday life in a more balanced way.

In our quietly located sauna area in Freiburg’s Mooswald, special meditative sauna experiences such as singing bowl journeys, incense ceremonies and the traditional Baltic Pirts ritual await you – for deep relaxation, inner balance and conscious well-being.
The children’s sauna offers children and their companions a gentle, playful introduction to the world of the sauna. In a quiet atmosphere, the basics of saunas are taught in a child-friendly way.

The sauna hat protects the head from direct, intense heat – especially during hot infusions.
It is gentle on the circulation by protecting the sensitive scalp and thus preventing headaches . In addition, the sauna hat supports temperature regulation, as the heat is released more slowly to the head.
After a sauna session, it protects the head from cooling down too quickly.

With our events, we create special experiences that go far beyond a classic visit to the thermal baths. The popular event series “Keidel in the Full Moon” offers you live music, show infusions, show acts and an illuminated atmosphere with a monthly changing theme as well as extra courses on the event evening. In the summer months, the full moon nights are replaced by a wide range of summer activities with a large summer party and numerous special promotions for the hot days.
