The legal limitation period begins three years after purchase at the end of the calendar year in accordance with Sections 195 and 199 BGB. Entry tickets and gift certificates lose their validity after this time. Gift certificates are considered redeemed upon use. Entry tickets and gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Multiple-entry tickets shall remain valid for the term specified and remain unaffected by any price increases.

We’re located just 5 minutes away from the highway exit Freiburg-Süd. The B31 will take you to us from all directions. Follow the signs to “Eugen-Keidel-Bad.” We have on-site parking which is designated by signs for the thermal baths.
