Nordic walking in the water

The training is based on classic Nordic walking. The difference lies, among other things, in the additional Nordic Aqua Handles. These ensure optimized training of the arms, legs and hands through more and more intensive movements in the water.

A strong back for a strong sense of well-being

Strong and healthy back muscles are important for an upright posture. Targeted training optimizes the strength and condition of the back muscles, increases coordination and improves body awareness, so that back-friendly behaviour is possible in everyday life. Active back training includes various exercises to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles and to relieve and prevent back pain.

Relaxation with origins in apnea diving

Relaqua is a relaxation concept developed by trainer Nik Linder with its origins in apnoea diving. In this extreme sport, experienced athletes dive to depths of up to 130 meters with just one breath. In order to use as little energy and oxygen as possible, the diver must be completely relaxed. To achieve this, the athletes use various techniques that lower the pulse and calm the body and mind. The Atemlust course combines apnoea diving breathing techniques with elements of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. The aim is to learn mental skills, activate inner balance and thus face the challenges of a demanding everyday life in a more balanced way.

Course thermal fare

Have you booked an aqua fitness course or fitness course, but can’t/wouldn’t like to use the thermal spa all day? No problem!

With our thermal course tariff you have the option of flexibly choosing the length of your stay after the fitness course. The course fee of €10.90 includes 100 minutes in our thermal baths (incl. course duration).

Additional payment

101 – 120 minutes – 6,50 €

121 – 180 minutes – 12,70 €

longer than 181 minutes – 18,70 €

 

Please note that the thermal course rate is only valid in conjunction with a booked fitness course. The thermal class rate cannot be used without a fitness class, is only valid for the day of the booked fitness class and cannot be transferred.
