Healthy exercise in a balanced measure is fun and gives you a great body feeling. Many complaints can be treated specifically with our sports offers. And together with the right motivation, sweating is usually easier. Browse through our course programme, work out and then enjoy a regenerating and soothing bath in our thermal water. The warm water helps to relax muscles after training.

In this course you can test almost all of our aqua fitness courses in one. The course is perfect for all those who are undecided. Due to the variety of exercises, aqua circuit training is the perfect full-body workout.

Nordic walking in the water

The training is based on classic Nordic walking. The difference is partly due to the additionally used Nordic Aqua Handles. These ensure optimized training of the arms, legs and hands through more and more intense movements in the water.

A strong back for a strong sense of well-being

Strong and healthy back muscles are important for an upright posture. Targeted training optimises the strength and condition of the back muscles, increases coordination and improves body awareness, so that back-friendly behaviour is possible in everyday life. Active back training includes various exercises to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles and to relieve and prevent back pain.

Relaxation originating from freediving

Relaqua is a relaxation concept developed by trainer Nik Linder with its origins in freediving. In this extreme sport, experienced athletes dive in water depths of up to 130 meters with just one breath. In order to consume as little energy and oxygen as possible, the diver must be completely relaxed. To do this, the athletes use different techniques that lower the pulse and calm body and mind. The Atemlust course combines breathing techniques of apnea diving with elements of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. The aim is to learn mental skills, activate inner balance and thus meet the challenges of a demanding everyday life in a more balanced way.

You have booked an aqua fitness course or fitness course, but can’t/don’t want to use the spa all day? No problem!

With our course thermal spa tariff, you have the opportunity to flexibly choose the length of your stay after the fitness course. The course fee of 10.90 € includes a 100-minute stay in our thermal spa landscape (incl. course duration).
