The competition is carried out by Freiburger Kommunalbauten GmbH, operator of Keidel Therme Freiburg (An den Heilquellen 4, 79111 Freiburg), and is announced on the official social media platforms of Keidel Therme as a feed post or video (“contribution”). Social media platforms include, but are not limited to, the online services of Instagram, Facebook and, where applicable, other platforms. The announcement of the competition in other media formats is at the discretion of Freiburger Kommunalbauten GmbH. The competition ends at the time specified in the post. Changes to the competition will be published on the same media on which the entry was published. Legal recourse is excluded.
Conditions of participation
All persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany are eligible to participate. Participation takes place by fulfilling all the requirements specified in the contribution.
Profit
The prize to be won is specified in the entry and can consist of non-cash prizes or vouchers. The winners will be randomly selected after the end of the competition and, unless otherwise specified, will be notified via the social media platform through which they participated. The entitlement to the prize arises as soon as the winners within reply to the notification within 7 business days. If no response is received within this period, Freiburger Kommunalbauten GmbH reserves the right to select a new winner. Prizes will then be sent to the winners by post. A cash payment of the prizes is excluded. There are no claims to certain characteristics of the prize that are not expressly mentioned in the contribution.
Exclusion from participation
Persons who attempt to influence the competition through technical manipulation or other impermissible means will be excluded from the competition. Comments or messages that violate the guidelines of the social media platforms used will be removed without warning after becoming aware of them. In such cases, the participant concerned is excluded from the competition. If an entry from a winner that has already been drawn is removed, a new winner will be selected at random.
Reservation of change
Freiburger Kommunalbauten GmbH reserves the right to end the competition prematurely or temporarily suspend it at any time without one or more winners being determined. In the event of premature termination, there is no entitlement to the prize.
Legal regulations
The Competition is not directly related to, and therefore is not sponsored or endorsed by, the social media platforms on which it is conducted. The operators of social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram are not available as contact persons for the competition. By participating in the competition, participants accept the general terms and conditions and data protection provisions of Freiburger Kommunalbauten GmbH. The participants innen agree to the storage and processing of their personal data by Freiburger Kommunalbauten GmbH for the purpose of conducting the competition. This consent can be revoked at any time by sending an e-mail to info@keidel-therme.de . Public comments on social media platforms remain and can be viewed until deleted by the author.
