Simply top up with a credit of €100 or €200 and pay cashless.
The credit can be redeemed for all services of the facility (admissions, course participation, gastronomic offers as well as wellness and cosmetic treatments). When booking wellness and cosmetic treatments, you will automatically receive a discount of 5% or 8% with the prepaid card.
The balance of your prepaid card has no expiration date and can be used indefinitely!
All wellness and cosmetic treatments can also be booked without admission to the thermal baths . For this purpose, you will receive an admission bracelet at the reception and can enter the wellness & cosmetics area for the duration of your treatment without an admission ticket.
What happens if I lose my personalised prepaid card?
In the event of loss, we can block your prepaid card and issue you a new prepaid card with your remaining credit. So your credit will not be lost! If you lose your prepaid card, please contact the reception.
