Aqua circuit training

The Aqua Circuit Training course is ideal for all those with a wide range of interests. The course includes a full-body workout in the water at various exercise stations with an alternation of loading and relief phases. The variety of exercises can burn plenty of calories.

With our course thermal spa tariff, you have the opportunity to flexibly choose the length of your stay after the fitness course. The course fee of 1 € 1.90 includes a 100-minute stay in our thermal spa landscape (incl. course duration).

Please note that the course thermal spa rate is only valid in conjunction with a booked fitness course. The course thermal spa rate cannot be used without a fitness course, is only valid for the day of the booked fitness course and cannot be transferred
