A low heart rate guarantees longer dives.
Those who learn to relax in the water can also transfer this knowledge to everyday life and other sports, such as scuba diving, swimming and other endurance sports.
In this 90-minute workshop, Nik explains the relaxation techniques, the breathing exercises and the mental techniques you need to hold your breath for a long time.
After a theory, breathing and relaxation sequence, we go into the water to awaken the body’s own relaxation mechanism – the diving reflex.
Meeting point: 7:20 p.m. in the bistro area just behind the main entrance. Start of the course: 7:30 p.m.
