** Admission tickets, vouchers and discounted multiple tickets are valid for three years without restriction. Three years after the purchase at the end of the calendar year, the statutory limitation period applies according to §§ 195, 199 BGB. The tickets and vouchers lose their validity after this time. Value vouchers are redeemed according to consumption. A cash payment of tickets and vouchers is not possible. In the event of a price increase and/or tariff change, multiple tickets remain valid at no extra charge within the period of validity.

No matter which transport route you choose: we look forward to your visit! The motorway exit “Freiburg-Süd” is only five minutes away from us. The B31 leads to us from all directions. Follow the signs to “Eugen-Keidel-Bad”. Parking spaces are located directly at the thermal baths and are signposted.

During your relaxing stay at the Keidel Therme you can lock your bike at our bike racks directly at the entrance to the thermal baths.
A new construction of the Frelo rental station is currently being examined.
