Regeneration, mental strength and targeted stimuli such as sauna, cold and breathwork are now an integral part of modern training plans.
If you want to increase your performance, you should take regeneration just as seriously as training.
The combination of sauna, thermal water, ice bathing and breathwork offers exactly what modern athletes need: faster recovery, stronger mental resilience and better physical balance.
We are happy to regularly welcome athletes from our sports partners such as the EHC Wolves, the FT 1844 Freiburg Sacrsitans, the Kingfishers USC Freiburg, the Red Sparrows, the MAK Studios and other regional teams. As part of regeneration units with breathwork and ice bathing , they not only strengthen their physical recovery after training and competition, but also promote their mental resilience. The conscious combination of breathing, cold and relaxation helps to better cope with stress, stay focused and recharge your batteries for top athletic performance.

The alternation between heat and cooling acts like a natural vascular training and helps the body to react more quickly to stress.

Cardiovascular & Metabolism
The heat of the sauna activates the circulation, trains the adaptability of the blood vessels and stimulates the metabolism.

Immune system and health
Taking a sauna strengthens the body’s own defenses and supports the body’s natural resistance. If you stay healthy, you can train more continuously and pursue your sporting goals better.

Regeneration and performance
Saunas support recovery after sports, promote blood circulation in the muscles and can help you to be able to perform again more quickly. At the same time, tension is relieved and physical regeneration is supported.

Mental Strength
The combination of warmth, rest and conscious recovery phases helps to reduce stress and clear your head. At the same time, regular sauna use promotes mental resilience, better sleep and new energy for everyday life and training.
The combination of heat, buoyancy and minerals ensures that muscles relax faster, joints are noticeably relieved and blood circulation is promoted.
Training or regenerating in the water also means less strain with high effectiveness at the same time.
Ice bathing has long since developed from a trend to a fixed method in competitive sports.

The combination of cold and targeted application ensures lasting effects on body and mind.
