Cold kick according to Kneipp

thumbnail

New energy through breathing and cold

Quickly noticeable relief for body and mind

Feel how a fresh impulse invigorates your body, clears your mind and releases new energy. The “cold kick according to Kneipp” is more than just a short refreshment – it is a conscious reset for your entire system.

This course combines in-depth knowledge with direct experience and offers you a simple but effective introduction to a proven method for strengthening body and mind – this is where tradition meets modernity!

This water application provides a gentle to medium stimulus:

  • Stimulation of the body for self-regulation
  • Positive effect on the immune system, circulation and general well-being

Water treatments according to Kneipp can also be carried out well at home. They are suitable as a self-help strategy and preventive measure.

Water applications provide a targeted stimulus due to their temperature difference to our body temperature and lead to stronger blood flow to the vessels. Regular applications have the effect of strengthening and stabilizing our body’s ability to regulate. They revitalize the organism and promote the immune system.

Due to the modern way of life, artificial stimuli such as noise, environmental pollution, hectic, media and news overload are increasing more and more. Dosed and individually adapted hardening exercises with natural stimuli train the immune system and also increase stress tolerance to artificial stimuli.

Any cold stimulus may only be administered to the warm body and on warm skin. Always warm cold skin beforehand, either actively by moving or passively by using warm water.

Introduction

At the beginning, you will receive a comprehensible and compact overview of the five pillars of the Kneipp teachings:
Movement · Nutrition · Water · Medicinal plants · Balance

These elements together form a holistic health concept that aims to activate the body’s self-healing powers and promote inner balance. You will learn how these principles can be easily and sustainably integrated into your everyday life.

Practice

Afterwards, the focus is on direct experience. Together we apply targeted cold water stimuli and consciously perceive their effect:
• Kneipp showers
• Treading water
• Mindful walking

Who is the course for?

A person with bare legs climbs into the shallow, clear water for a cold kick according to Kneipp, one foot submerged and the other raised. Nearby are a metal railing and a stone edge, in the blurred background green plants and a wooden structure can be seen.

This course is aimed at all those who want to get to know Kneipp in a relaxed and practical atmosphere – without any previous knowledge.

Whether you are curious, want to do something for your health or are looking for new impulses for more well-being: you are very welcome.
