Relaqua is a relaxation concept developed by trainer Nik Linder with its origins in freediving. The Atemlust course combines breathing techniques of apnea diving with elements of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. The aim is to learn mental skills, activate inner balance and thus meet the challenges of a demanding everyday life in a more balanced way.

Those who learn to relax in the water can also transfer this knowledge to everyday life and to other sports, such as scub diving, swimming and other endurance sports.
In this 90-minute workshop, Nik explains the relaxation techniques, the breathing exercises and the mental techniques you need to hold your breath for a long time.
